Intensive In-Community

Therapy That Comes to You

Our Intensive In-Community (IIC) program delivers comprehensive, individualized therapy directly to families in their homes and communities. Licensed clinicians work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to address behavioral health challenges in the environment where they matter most — real life.

What's Included

Individual therapy for children and adolescents
Family therapy sessions in the home
School-based support and coordination
Crisis intervention and safety planning
Coordination with psychiatrists, schools, and community resources
Treatment plans tailored to each family's unique strengths and needs

Who it's for: Youth and families referred through PerformCare, DCPP, schools, or community organizations.

Behavioral Assistance

Building Skills for Daily Life

Our Behavioral Assistance (BA) program provides targeted, hands-on support to help youth develop the positive behaviors, coping skills, and emotional regulation they need to thrive. Behavioral assistants work alongside families to implement practical strategies that translate directly into daily improvements.

Mentoring

A Trusted Guide for Every Young Person

Our mentoring program connects youth aged 5 to 18 with dedicated mentors who provide consistent guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling. Mentors help young people build self-esteem, navigate challenges, develop life skills, and discover what they're capable of.
