As a Psychotherapist at Project 99, you'll be more than just a mental health professional. You'll be a guide, a confidant, and a catalyst for change in the lives of those who need it most. Your day might start in a cozy living room, helping a teenager rediscover their self-worth, and end in a bustling household, where you're teaching a family to communicate and heal together.
Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home/community counseling to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide behavioral interventions and management

Participate in child family team meetings

Collaborate with case managers on family/youth progress
Qualifications
-
Master's Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
-
New Jersey State license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LSW
-
Minimum one-year experience providing psychotherapy to children and adolescents
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
-
Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality

Intensive In-Community Counselor (IIC)
Behavioral Assistant (BA)
As a Behavioral Assistant at Project 99, you'll be on the front lines of our community's mental health revolution. Your days will be filled with purpose, whether you're helping a young child master a new skill in their living room or guiding a teenager through a challenging moment at the local park.
Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based support to youth and their families

Implement interventions from the Individual Support Plan

Assist in teaching and developing new skills

Support the reduction of problematic behaviors

Collect and record data on client progress

Assist parents/guardians in implementing treatment plans
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field

1-4 years experience in behavioral healthcare

Experience working with children with disabilities

Valid NJ Driver's license and proof of car insurance

Willingness to complete CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire

Provide weekly clinical supervision for Associate Therapists and Interns

Qualifications

Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in New Jersey with clinical supervision certification

Knowledge of various counseling approaches including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care

Experience in program management and development

Passionate about youth mental health, with experience working with diverse populations
